Returns & Refunds

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 

To start a return, you can contact us at nexgenmobilesales@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will arrange to have your item collected and we will forward you the relevant waybill information. Items that are sent back to us due to change of mind, without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

OBF - NexGenMobile offers a 7 day (Out of Box Failure) warranty which is limited to manufacturing defects only. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Should your OBF request be approved, we will gladly exchange your item or, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.

For further assistance, you will be eligible to make use of your (Apple - 12 months / Samsung & Huawei - 24 months) local manufacturers warranty.
